Terms of Service
Purpose
These Terms of Service govern the use of Amethly and its services. By using Amethly, you agree to be bound by these terms.
This agreement is made between the publisher of Amethly, hereinafter referred to as "the Publisher", and any individual or legal entity wishing to access the software and its services, hereinafter referred to as "the User".
Access to the software
Amethly is a desktop application. The User is responsible for the costs related to accessing and using the software (internet connection, hardware, API keys, etc.).
The Publisher may interrupt or suspend access to the software at any time, including for maintenance purposes, without prior notice.
User responsibilities
The User is solely responsible for the content they process through Amethly, including any newsletters or third-party material used as input.
The User warrants that they have the necessary rights to use any content they provide to the software.
The User is responsible for managing their own API keys (Claude, ElevenLabs, etc.) and any costs associated with their use.
Publisher responsibilities
The Publisher cannot be held liable for any malfunction, interruption, or data loss caused by third-party services (Claude API, ElevenLabs, etc.).
The Publisher does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the software.
Intellectual property
The software Amethly, its design, and its code are protected by intellectual property law. Any reproduction, modification, or distribution without prior written consent from the Publisher is prohibited.
Modifications to these terms
The Publisher reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Belgian law. In the event of a dispute that cannot be resolved amicably, the courts of Brussels shall have jurisdiction.
